To succeed at work stop & listen

  • Shake hands and look someone in the eye when you say hello

  • Pick your head up; stop and listen; take a moment

  • Be willing to raise your hand to do something else

  • Be sensitive to the tempo around you

  • Find it, fix it, prevent it

  • Set realistic expectations and goals

  • Failure is probably the best gift someone can give you

  • Sometimes you’ll make a mistake

  • It’s about meeting people where they are as opposed to expecting people to meet you where you are

  • Everyone comes from a different point of view

  • Be a little fearless
